Itinerary and cost expenditures for EHTHS Crew Team to attend the Scholastic Rowing Association Nationals in Oakridge Tennessee. May 21 to May 24, 2008

Wednesday – May 21, 2008

8 PM - Luggage check

9 PM - Depart for Tennessee from EHTHS parking lot via luxury bus.

Thursday – May 22, 2008

8AM - McDonald’s for breakfast

9 AM - arrive in Oakridge.

 Buses to go directly to Melton Lake. Rowers will unload     

 trailer and rig boats.

9:00AM -12:30 PM – Rig and Practice at race site.

12:30PM – Depart for Jameson Inn, Knoxville, Tennessee

1:00 PM – Lunch at hotel (Fireside subs)

1:00 PM  Check into hotel and rest

6:00 PM -  Dinner at hotel conference room provided by Carabba’s

8:00 PM – Boat meetings with coaches

10:00 pm – Lights out (rooms will be checked and taped)

Friday – May 23, 2008

6:00 AM – Breakfast at hotel (included in room charge)

7:00 AM – Depart for race course.

12:00 PM Lunch will be provided at the race course by the

Booster Club.

5:00 PM – Return to hotel.

6:00 PM – Dinner at  Turkey Creek Shopping area, Coaches will take their individual boats.  Crew members are responsible to Pay for their dinner and tip

8:00 PM – Meeting with Coaches

10:00 PM – Lights out.

Saturday – May 24, 2008

6:00 AM – Breakfast at hotel (included in room charge)

7:00 AM – Depart for race course.

12:00 PM Lunch will be provided at the race course by the

Booster Club.

4:00 PM  – Return to hotel to shower.

5:30 PM  – Dinner at hotel provided by Sonny’s BBQ Restaurant.

7:00 PM – Depart for Egg Harbor Township.

Sunday – May 25, 2008

Busses will arrive mid-morning, Your sons and daughters will be instructed to contact you via cell phone to give you the estimated time of arrival.
